Specialist services

Answer Services has two call centres located in Auckland and Christchurch, and provides a range of specialist services including Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, client support for District Councils, GPS alert response and lift phone monitoring. 


Employee welfare

Staff who are either 'onsite', possibly working after hours and weekends or 'off-site' and involved in machinery maintenance or service work for clients, can now be checked on.

When an employee works late or arrives in the weekend to work, do you need to know;

  • How long did they stay?
  • Did they get home okay?
  • Did they get out of the burning building?

The Answers team will log them in, check on them regularly and provide a register showing when they have logged out and left the building.

Answers are also able to connect to GPS tracking providers such as Navman if required.
