Answer Services has two call centres located in Auckland and Christchurch, and provides a range of specialist services including Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, client support for District Councils, GPS alert response and lift phone monitoring.
If the building you are in has a lift, then it's mandatory that the lift has a telephone in case of an emergency, allowing people trapped inside to access help.
It is also mandatory that a lift phone is monitored to an outside service provider, connected 24x7.
